Returns & Bespoke Jewellery

As each piece is handcrafted to your exact size and specifications, bespoke and made-to-order jewellery is non-refundable unless faulty. We kindly ask that you take extra care when providing your sizing details.

If your piece arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, we will, of course, make it right.

Sizing Guidance

Because each piece is crafted to your exact size, we recommend double-checking your measurements before placing your order. For rings, we suggest using a professional jeweller’s sizing service, or a reliable ring sizer, to ensure the perfect fit.

If you’re unsure, we’re happy to advise on sizing before your piece is made — just reach out to us. Taking this small step helps us create a piece that feels as beautiful and comfortable to wear as it looks. A free ring sizer is available on the website

Returns & Refunds for standard items

We want you to feel completely confident when buying a piece from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to cancel your order and request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your jewellery. Once the piece is returned to us, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Returning Your Jewellery

• You will be responsible for the cost of returning your order.
  
  

• Please ensure the jewellery is returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging, which has been designed to keep your piece safe in transit.

Damages & Issues

Every piece is crafted and packaged with the greatest care. However, if your jewellery arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on gift cards.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your jewellery is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need to provide a justification. The piece must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
